1. Delivery Timeline
 
Noveriq processes and ships all orders within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
 
Delivery timelines depend on your location:
 
NIGERIA
  • Lagos 4-5 working days
  • Abuja: 24-48 hours
  • South-West (Ibadan, Abeokuta, Akure, etc.): 4-5 working days
  • South-East & South-South: 4- 5 working days
  • Northern states: 3–6 working days
  • Remote locations: 5–7 working days.
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
 
International shipping is handled by Printful. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.
 
Please note: Weekends and public holidays may extend delivery time slightly.
 
2. Delivery Fees
 
Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and weight of the item.
 
Shipping cost will be displayed at checkout or communicated before payment.
 
Note- Home delivery price varies!
 
3. Delivery Method
 
We use trusted courier partners including:
  • GIG Logistics
  • DHL (Domestic)
  • FedEx
  • Speedaf
  • Local dispatch riders for same-city deliveries
 
A tracking number will be provided once your item is shipped (where available).
 
 Note – issues with logistics companies or unforeseen events are not the fault of Noveriq.
 
4. Order Processing
  • Orders placed before 12pm are processed same day.
  • Orders placed after 12pm are processed next working day.
  • Pre-order items will clearly state the estimated delivery timeline.
 
5. Failed Delivery Attempts
 
If the courier attempts delivery and you are unavailable:
  • They will contact you via call and SMS
  • Your package may be re-scheduled for another delivery attempt
  • Additional delivery fees may apply if the item returns to us and needs re-shipping
 
6. Delivery Address
 
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
Noveriq will not be held liable for delays caused by:
  • Wrong address
  • Incorrect phone number
  • Customer’s unavailability
 
7. Damaged or Missing Items
 
If your package arrives damaged or something is missing:
  • Record a clear video while unboxing
  • Contact our customer support within 24 hours
  • We will verify and resolve the issue immediately
